How do I begin the process of buying a new kitchen?
A new kitchen starts with dreams, ideas and plans. When you have your ideas on paper, contact us through this website, give us a call, or stop by our showroom. At Dutch Wood we want to make the process to create beautiful cabinetry for your home seamless and enjoyable.
We will ask you to provide us with your sketches, measurements, house plans or layout and Dutch Wood will then give you a quote on your cabinetry, or give us a call and we may opt to visit the job site and take measurements. We specialize in custom cabinetry and can create a design to suit your needs.
When do I find what my kitchen or other cabinets will cost?
After we review your initial measurements we will create a price quote which will be sent to you for review. If you decide you would like to move forward, we will schedule a one hour consultation meeting with one of our professional designers to go over our process.
How do I know I will be getting the best design?
We will plan a meeting for you with our professional designer. Your custom cabinetry will be based on your particular needs or design aspects that you want to incorporate. You will work together with the designer to explore options in order to create your dream kitchen, master suite, or any other cabinetry for your home. We strive to make your cabinets incredibly beautiful and functional.
Do I get to keep the drawings?
After our retainer fee is signed and paid for, all drawings sent to you are yours to keep. The retainer fee is a one time payment that will be included as part of your down payment should you decide to proceed with Dutch Wood for your cabinetry needs.
How soon can I expect my job to be done?
Each project is distinct and every clients pace is different, so while the process varies, the typical install date will be scheduled approximately 12 weeks from when we receive your signed quote and when the designer is completely finished with the plans. Our lead time does vary depending on our current work load.
